Morning Assembly
A high quality school assembly is one of the most important aspect of a school's curriculum.Our assemblies, which
include our acts of worship, are an important feature of our school's life. They act as one of the main ways by which
we create our positive reflective ethos and promote our values-based education. Assemblies contain times of quiet
reflection that enable pupils to develop the deepest values and aspirations of the human spirit.
Morning assembly fosters a sense of belonging to the institution. Important announcements are made and children are
felicitated for their achievements. The assembly is often used as a vehicle to spread awareness about current social
and political issues. Talented achievers are especially honoured at this time.
