Ghar Tiranga campaign

The Students of AG DAV
CP School ,Model Town went on a patriotic spree on Monday,
8th of August 22.
Eminent scientists from the esteemed DRDO addressed the children of
eleventh and twelfth
class and made them aware about the achievement and contribution of
DIPAS( Defence Institute
of Physiology and Allied Sciences) in strengthening the security
cover of India.
A PowerPoint
presentation and a video was shown to the children and they were motivated
to serve the country by
choosing scientists as their career.
As an extension to the
Har Ghar Tiranga campaign ,the children were sensitised about the
Flag Code of India and also
the precautions to be taken while hoisting or handling the
National Flag.
Last but not the least, the
programme concluded with an interesting quiz in which the children
participated with great
zeal and enthusiasm.
To conclude, the DRDO
scientists left a permanent imprint on young minds of the children
and inspired them to serve their motherland by becoming a
true citizen and a true patriot.
