Handwashing with soap
is a do-it-yourself vaccine that prevents infections and saves lives.
Oct. 15th is observed as Global Handwashing Day,
a global advocacy dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding about the
importance of handwashing with soap as an effective and affordable way to
prevent diseases and save lives.
To create awareness about hygiene amongst students and class
IV employees, class I took initiative by giving soaps to them so that they can
promote the idea and habit of washing hands at regular intervals and be healthy
as hand washing with soap is extremely effective and the most inexpensive way
of keeping oneself healthy.
