Workshop On Stress Management
Stress
can not only affect the physical aspects of life such as health or general
energy level, but can affect job performance as well as personal relationships.
Managing stress does not come naturally to everyone. However, because it is a
skill, it can be learned as a technique, through proper training, in order to
take back control of your life.
The
workshop was conducted by Ms. Swatilekha Tewari, image consultant and life skill
trainer. Having attended the workshop cascaded the same to in-house teachers to
create a ripple effect and share the learning?s with a larger group.
It
was a great learning experience for all the teachers. Each life skill was dealt
with personal and day to day examples and teachers actively participated in it.
The workshop was supported by PPT presentation. It was a great attempt to make
teachers understand the importance of life skill that would help them immensely
in their personal and professional life. The interaction was informative as
well as entertaining. The session ended with a jam session where everyone
danced freely and distressed themselves.
